Triple J Manor House Venue Review

Updated: Nov 7, 2025

If you’ve been dreaming of a wedding venue that feels both charming and elegant—but not a barn—Triple J Manor House is a stunning option to consider. As a Charlotte wedding planner, I love this property for couples who want the rustic warmth of a historic home with the flexibility of modern spaces. From its indoor reception hall to its outdoor ceremony spots, every corner of Triple J Manor House is designed with weddings in mind.

Here’s a closer look at the beautiful spaces that make this venue so special:

The Manor Room

The Manor Room is the heart of the venue. With whitewashed wood ceilings, six wrought-iron chandeliers, and a dramatic double staircase, it creates a timeless backdrop for your reception. This 3,000+ square foot space can seat around 150–200 guests comfortably, and since it’s fully climate-controlled with professional lighting and sound, it’s as functional as it is beautiful.

The Side Porch

The Side Porch is perfect for cocktail hour or simply giving guests space to mingle. This covered, wrap-around porch overlooks the rolling green hills and can host about 50 guests. Since it’s heated when needed, you can enjoy it year-round, rain or shine.

The Knoll

For couples who picture an outdoor ceremony, The Knoll is breathtaking. This landscaped hilltop seats up to 250 guests and provides a romantic, open-air setting with sweeping views. It’s naturally stunning, which means you won’t need much extra décor to make it feel magical.

The Chimney

Unique to the property, The Chimney offers a rustic and intimate spot for either a smaller ceremony or unforgettable portraits. It’s one of those features that gives Triple J Manor House its character and charm.

The Shed

Thoughtfully designed for couples and their wedding parties, The Shed includes heating and AC, seating, a mini fridge, TV, half bath, and even a porch overlooking the vineyard. It’s a private retreat where you can relax, refresh, or simply enjoy a quiet moment before the celebration begins.

The Loft

Located upstairs, The Loft is a bright and cozy getting-ready suite. With natural light, a custom vanity, seating, and a full bathroom, it’s the perfect place to enjoy those special pre-ceremony moments with your bridal party.

The Front Room

As guests arrive, they’re welcomed into the Front Room. This cozy area is ideal for a guest book table, welcome cocktails, or simply setting the tone for a warm, inviting celebration.

The Pathway

The Pathway is a charming walk leading from the Side Porch to The Knoll. It’s both practical and picturesque, offering a natural flow from ceremony to reception while giving photographers plenty of beautiful angles for the processional.

Why a Wedding Planner Loves Triple J Manor House

What makes Triple J Manor House stand out is its perfect mix of rustic and refined. You get the historic charm of a Southern home, the elegance of chandeliers and manicured grounds, and the convenience of modern amenities. With both indoor and outdoor options, you’ll have plenty of flexibility no matter the season or weather.

As a wedding planner, I find Triple J Manor House to be a dream venue for couples who want a romantic, storybook setting that feels timeless and inviting—without the barn aesthetic.
